Overall Vision Originality Technique ImpactAmazing. Absolutely stunning. I can't say that I've seen anything quite like this before. It's very original and I'm very fond of it. The color scheme you chose works perfectly for the effect you were going for; or that I'm assuming you were going for. I love how clearly you can see the details of the eye and the numbers of the clock.
I also love how you have somewhat blurred and taken some attention away from the rest of the eye. Those effects really make the whole thing pop.
